Adipex-P.
Adipex (phentermine) has been developed for people that are trying to battle obesity without much success. This medicine works by helping you eat less by affecting your central nervous system. It's therefore important that you combine the treatment with exercising regularly, as otherwise you may not benefit from taking Adipex as much as you expect to. Make sure you follow all the recommendations of your healthy care provider and report any problem right away. There is no reason to be worried if you get some mild side effects, such as itching, headache, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, feeling anxious, diarrhea, and chest pain, as they tend to go away on their own. If that doesn't happen and the side effects you originally developed become bothersome, make sure to report them to your health care provider. More serious side effects are unlikely, but you still need to be aware of the possibility of developing them. The following serious side effects will need to be reported straight to your health care provider: chest pain, shortness of breath, restlessness, dizziness, increased blood pressure, insomnia, tremor, heart palpitations, and dizziness.
